Couponing for Beginners
Hello!
I’m not really sure what made me decide to start couponing, but it probably had something to do with wanting to save money. I was watching videos from Krazy Coupon Lady and it just amazed me that she saved so much money simply by clipping coupons. It’s almost like there is a science to it. Well…I don’t have a lot of money and apparently nothing to lose, aside from those ridiculous grocery bills.
I’ll cut to the chase…
To get started, I need the Sunday paper. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t decide to be a couponer until yesterday. To my surprise, there is this magazine called All You and it is FILLED with coupons! I bought the April issue, a binder, notebook, and 4 x 6 photo inserts (spent under $5). From what I’ve read, a binder with baseball card inserts is recommended, but I couldn’t find them at my Wal-Mart, so I thought a photo insert would suffice.
In the binder, I labeled what was in each pocket. I don’t have many sections, but I’m new to this, so I have no doubts this will be expanding. Tomorrow, I will have the Sunday paper to go through the ads and coupons, and hopefully I will be able to start this extreme couponing adventure for real!
